Confirmed Service Customer
I was sold a truck in January and since I purchased the truck it's been serviced five times within the year for a different reason every time. Even after purchasing the warranty, it's always a part that isn't covered. The advisors are money-hungry and don't care about the customers. My truck wasn't fixed and they still charged me for a diagnosis test and didn't even tell me what the issue was. I will never buy another truck from Chevy!
