I scheduled an appointment several weeks ahead to replace brakes on my truck. The day of my appointment when I dropped off my truck at 830 I told the persons what I needed done and to check out a sound I recently started hearing. They told me they would take care of me. At 4 that afternoon I called to find out if they were done with my brakes. I found out then they didn���t even start on it but they could give me a guesstimate on how much for front and back brakes. I was told 780 for front and back. Another 400 for the loose tie rod connector. I was disappointed on the price and that my truck wouldn���t be finished in one day for a simple and straightforward brake job. I told him I would still go ahead with changing the brakes because it was already there. When I called back that the next day on Saturday at 1030 in the morning that���s when I found out they weren���t working on my truck at all. I then decided to pick my truck up from your shop. I went out of my way to go to courtesy. I would have appreciated a call prior to dropping off my truck to let me know you were too busy to work on my truck. I would have been fine with that but I was never told it would take that long. Obviously you a very busy and don���t need my business. I���ll likely won���t be back and will find services closer.

Took my vehicle in because it was jerking, and the mechanic went on a ride with me and said it was probably my torque converter maybe my transmission. Took it back in a couple days later to have them do a diagnostics and put it on the lift.. all they did was check my transmission fluid and said that it had sparkles in it so it would need a new transmission. And charge me $170 just to do that which they already knew to begin with, and I thought that they would at least pull it apart a little bit to make sure.
